The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Depository, which was held on 27 Apr. 2011, adjusted the Draft appropriation of profit (Note 12 in the Explanatory notes) by reducing the sum allocated to dividend by LTL 50 000 and increasing the transfers to other reserves by the same amount. Thus, the approved appropriation of profit is the following: dividends - LTL 6 200 000; transfer to other reserves - LTL 389 520.
